Terms of Use

1. About this service

gShare is a service for uploading files and creating download links that let other people download the file once. These Terms of Use apply to any use of the service. Registering or making your first upload constitutes acceptance.

2. Provider

Provider details in the legal notice. Contact: kontakt@gshare.jenpa.de, support: support@gshare.jenpa.de, report illegal content: abuse@gshare.jenpa.de.

3. Use and limits

gShare can be used as a guest or with a user account. Currently applicable limits (e.g. file size, number of uploads, storage) are shown within the service itself and may be adjusted at any time — there is no entitlement to unchanged limits.

Files are not stored permanently. A file is automatically deleted once it is no longer needed for any active link. gShare is not a backup service — always keep your own copy of important files.

4. Permitted use

Users are solely responsible for the files they upload and who they share links with. In particular, it is not permitted to upload content that violates applicable law or third-party rights, contains malware, serves fraudulent or abusive purposes, or contains third parties' personal data without authorisation. Automated mass use of the service is likewise prohibited.

5. Content, reports and measures

Uploaded files are not reviewed for their content. The provider acts on report (abuse@gshare.jenpa.de) or official order and may block or delete affected links, files, or accounts. Affected users are informed of this where possible.

6. Availability and changes

The provider strives for stable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, limits, and these Terms of Use may be adjusted as needed. Material changes are communicated with reasonable advance notice.

7. Liability

The provider is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The provider is not liable for loss of files due to the intended deletion mechanism or expired or used links.

8. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time or request deletion by email; all associated files and links are removed accordingly. The provider may terminate the usage relationship with reasonable notice, or without notice in case of violations.

9. Privacy

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
